At Win Home, we believe in your right to a convenient shopping experience. That’s why we offer you the possibility to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original condition, exactly as received
- Unused or unworn
- Carrying the original tag
- Inside the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect the product upon receipt.
If you notice any damage or receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the case and take the appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Products:

- Gift cards
- Discounted products under clearance sales
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a product, you must first request a return for the current item (once approved), and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you if your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.
